Private Sector Housing Enforcement

Our enforcement team provides statutory services and advice to private landlords and private rental tenants. It is also the lead team for unauthorised gypsy and traveller encampments.

The team work towards ensuring landlords meet their legal obligations across Dudley borough. Their work has an impact upon the health and protection of borough residents and they work to remedy inadequate housing conditions. Poor housing has a direct link to poor health, comfort and mental wellbeing.

The team also investigate property related statutory nuisances, and carry out immigration inspections.

Please see “Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)” for further assistance
