Let's Get Healthy Dudley is a free service with information and support to help you to make healthy lifestyle choices. 

It's never too late to start making healthy choices. Keeping physically active, eating a healthy diet, stopping smoking, reducing alcohol consumption, making time for new friends and getting out and about can reduce your risk of a number of health conditions including; heart disease, diabetes, strokes, dementia and cognitive decline as well as improving your mental health.

Prevention services

Not everyone who has an illness or disability needs ongoing 'social care services'.  We have a number of prevention services available to help you to remain independent for as long as possible.
