Local Transparency
Dudley Council is committed to providing quality services to the residents and businesses of the borough that are value for money. As part of our commitment to providing greater transparency, the council is publishing online information in line with the guidance published by the LGA on publishing local spending data.
Transparency code
Local Authorities are required to publish open data. The data to be published has been grouped into themes.
In line with the guidance, information will be redacted if it is exempt under current access to information regimes, e.g. the Data Protection Law, the Freedom of Information Act 2000 or the Environmental Information Regulations 2004.
