Roofing issues when snow thaws
Calls reporting leaking roofs are assessed on severity. Non-urgent cases can be reported through MyDudley.
Rough sleeping
In an emergency, if you or someone you know is without housing or accommodation you can call our emergency housing team on 0300 555 2345 and press 1 to report an emergency.
