Extreme heat alert

The Met Office has issued a Red heat health alert lasting until 11pm on Friday 26 June. In addition, the Met Office has issued an Amber heat health alert from 9pm on Friday 26 June until 9am, Sunday 28 June. Hot weather can be dangerous, especially for vulnerable people. Opened in 1879 by the Lye and Wollescote Burial Board the cemetery was passed over to the council in 1933. It is 9.45 acres in size.
