Volunteer role profiles
Whether you are looking to work with the glass or geology collections or welcome family groups to our events, we have a number of opportunities you may be interested in.
How do I volunteer?
- You will be asked to complete a Volunteer expression of interest form
- You will be interviewed by a member of the museum team
- Following interview, if suitable, you will undergo a pre-volunteer recruitment checks - this includes references and DBS check
- You will agree a start date and will be asked to sign a volunteering agreement
- Finally, you will attend an induction session at one of the museum venues
