The Red House Glass Cone has two visitor moorings available along the Stourbridge Canal situated between lock 13 and lock 12.

There are visitor toilets but no shower facilities or electric bollards at the Red House Glass Cone which is open Monday to Friday 10am to 3pm and Saturday & Sunday 11am to 4pm. The main entrance gate at the Red House Glass Cone is locked around 4.30pm. There is a visitor picnic area alongside the moorings with tables and chairs available.

There is an independently run Coffee Shop on site that serves hot and cold food, a selection of hot and cold drinks and homemade cakes open 10am to 4pm Monday to Sunday. The nearest small local supermarket is Tesco Express and Lidl located at the bottom of Brettell Lane in Stourbridge, a twenty minute walk along a busy main road. Alternatively you can hop on a regular bus, number 16, 17 or 17a right outside the Cone on the main road to reach the shops. It will take several minutes by bus. There are a few pubs serving food and drink along the main road heading towards Stourbridge that can easily be reached on foot
