Nothing at all, we are owned and managed by Dudley MBC who believe in preserving and supporting heritage and culture. We do have a donations box on site which is used to buy new pieces for the collection.

Unfortunately we no longer allow dogs into the Cone or Visitor Centre. Of course, Assistance Dogs are welcome. We do allow dogs onto the external part of the site, and there is a poop bin by the canal if needed!
No. We only accept card payments of £5 or more. The closest cash point is down the road outside Tesco Express.
The majority of the displays and experience are all on the ground floor.
