Land and property enquiry

If you have an enquiry relating to Council-owned land or buildings, please complete and submit the enquiry form.

Please note before submitting your enquiry: 

• You can check whether land is owned by Dudley Council through the MyDudley form. A non-refundable fee of £60.00 (including VAT) is payable for each land ownership enquiry.
• Enquiries regarding privately owned land should be directed to HM Land Registry, where ownership details can be obtained for a small fee.
• The Council is unable to provide ownership information for land or property owned by third parties. 

If you are interested in purchasing Council-owned land or property, please complete and submit the enquiry form via MyDudley, providing as much information as possible about the land or property you wish to purchase and your proposed use.

Please note that submitting a request does not guarantee that the land or property will be available for sale. The Council reserves the right to market land or property in a manner it considers appropriate and in accordance with its statutory duties.
