Crisis and Resilience Fund (CRF)
From 1 April 2026, the Crisis and Resilience Fund (CRF) will be launched in England. This is a new Government-funded programme that replaces the Household Support Fund (HSF) and Discretionary Housing Payments (DHP).
The CRF is support for low-income households, designed to help people deal with a financial shock and prevent repeat crisis.
This financial year, Dudley Council’s CRF funding will run from 1st April 2026 to 31st March 2027.
