14 Day Notice

Within the 14 day period set out in the Fixed Penalty Notice you must either pay it or request that the matter be heard by a court.

If you fail to do either, we can as an enforcement authority pursue this matter through the Magistrates court under the relevant legislation referred to in the Fixed Penalty Notice.

If you accept the payment option, no further action will be taken in respect of the alleged offence. Payment of the Fixed Penalty Notice involves no admission of guilt and will not result in a record of criminal conviction being made against you.
