Dudley Local Plan

The Dudley Local Plan to 2041 is the statutory development plan for Dudley Council. The Local Plan sets out a number of different policies and proposals that will help guide development and land use to 2041 and will be used to make decisions on planning applications during that time.

The Dudley Local Plan was formally adopted on Monday 13^th July 2026 at Full Council.
