The Crystal Leisure Centre is centrally situated in the town of Stourbridge. Comprising of a leisure pool, 25m pool, sports hall, lifestyles gym, squash courts, softplay area, function rooms and a cafe. The centre caters for a range of sports, fitness and recreational activities and can also accommodate meetings, birthday parties and private functions.
Information and guidance regarding Covid-19 restrictions
The following information highlights safety protocols and how we are operating the leisure centres in light of the current Covid-19 situation. Although many rules that were implemented last year have been removed, a few basic safety measures remain in place.
We will take a sensible approach regarding our services and will ensure that our staff and customers feel safe when visiting us and will continue to have an enjoyable experience.
Covid-19 symptoms
Please do not enter the facility if you or someone you live with has:
a high temperature
a new, continuous cough
a loss of, or change to, your sense of smell or taste
Basic safety measures to remain in place
The government expects and recommends that people wear coverings in crowded areas, however the wearing of masks will be down to individual choice
Strict cleaning regimes will remain in place
Protective screens will be retained at main reception and key contact points such as in the gyms
Sanitisation stations will be available
It is recommended that customers scan the ‘Test and trace’ QR code when entering the facilities
Windows and doors will remain open in rooms (where possible) to increase ventilation
Customers should continue to bring their own exercise mats for classes.

You will need your Member ID (Logon) number and PIN. If you do not know this information please request a new password and an email will be sent to you confirming your details
Activities are bookable 7 days in advance
Online bookings are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
Members will be charged for bookings cancelled within a 48 hour period of the booking start time

Teams and clubs who wish to block book a court should contact the administration team on 01384 812800 to check availability.
If you are a registered club but do no have a block booking with Dudley Council you will need to pay for your booking in advance

At Crystal Leisure Centre
A range of swimming lessons take place during term-time with our experienced, fully qualified swimming instructors.
Please note - during some school holidays intensive lessons take place. Details will be available on the Crystal Leisure Centre homepage in the run up to the holidays.
Our Lifestyles Gym has a great choice of equipment and has been designed to provide everyone with the ultimate workout environment.
The centre runs a wide range of fitness classes to suit all abilities, including body conditioning, functional fitness, circuit training, spin, aquafit, metafit, pilates and yoga.
We also offer a range of Les Mills classes such as Bodypump, Bodyjam, Bodyattack, Bodybalance, Bodycombat.
Badminton The centre has eight badminton courts that can be individually hired for casual or club bookings for any age.
The centre also runs badminton sessions (daytime programme). These sessions are suitable for advanced badminton players aged over 16 years of age. Sessions run Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays from 10.00am - 12.00pm. Pre-booking is not necessary.
Squash/racketball The centre has two squash courts that can be individually hired for casual or club bookings for any age group.
Table-tennis The centre has table-tennis facilities that can be hired for casual bookings for any age group.
5-a-side football The centre has a sports hall for five-a-side football, which can be hired for casual or club bookings for any age group.
Netball/basketball The centre has courts that can be individually hired for casual or club bookings for any age group.
The Soft Play Suite is a fully equipped soft play structure with a dedicated toddler area, two tier junior area with slides, stepping stone run and spider web crawl. Children aged 7 years and under are allowed on the equipment. All children must be accompanied by a responsible/adult guardian for the duration of their session.
Children's Activities - we host a range of activities and courses for children both in term time and during school holidays.
Birthday Parties - If you're having a Birthday Party we can help. Let us take the strain out of hosting a birthday party.
Clubs at Crystal Leisure Centre - A number of clubs meet at the centre on a weekly basis offering additional activities outside of those offered by the Crystal Leisure Centre.
Café Crystal is located on the first floor of the leisure centre overlooking the leisure pool
Free WiFi is available for you to enjoy whilst relaxing with a cup of coffee
Arrange to meet friends here; take a fitness class, go swimming, bring the children to soft play or use the café whilst your child is doing an activity and chat over coffee and cake!
Opening times: Monday to Sunday 9.30am - 4.00pm (last food order 3.30pm)
The Tesco car park opposite the centre has 550 spaces. Parking is free for the first two hours. The entrance to the car park is opposite the leisure centre on Bell Street. The entrance shutters come down at 4pm on Sundays, but exit is still open
We would ask that customers to the Crystal Leisure Centre please do not walk up and down the ramp to the car park, as this if for vehicular access only, but walk round to the Crown centre entrance to access the pedestrian entrance to the car park, if they are using our facilities.
