Who it's for: Care-experienced children and young people, including care leavers. Services include:

  • One-to-one advocacy.
  • Mental health support.
  • Help with expressing wishes and navigating services.

CHADD

Provides supported accommodation for young people – young singles for those up to 25 and young families 16- to 25-year-olds (not Ofsted registered)

Community Development Team

Community Development Worker that can support provision house and help to individuals to get to know their local area and connect with local groups. They also provide volunteer opportunities and support to be more involved in the community.

Happy Times Homeless Hostel

Supporting 18+ Males on UC, PIP, ESA or Pensions.

Accept people with criminal record, substance/ alcohol misuse and mental health (except convictions of Schedule 1 and Arson)
