We will listen to your feelings and wishes and work with you to find a home of your own when you are ready to live independently. We will support you over time to ensure you are ready to do this as part of your pathway plan. We will:

• Arrange a personal interview with a Housing Options Adviser.
• Be honest about your housing options and discuss the pros and cons.
• Ensure your new home is affordable and safe.
• Provide ongoing support to achieve and maintain independent living.
• Provide a setting up house box when you move into your first tenancy.
• Make sure that you have the physical help that you need to move and set up your utilities.
