You can request new bins and recycling containers through MyDudley.
You can request:
- a black refuse bin for general waste
- a blue wheeled bin for mixed recycling, for example: cans, plastic, glass, cartons
- a blue bag for recycling paper, card and cardboard
- a green bag or black box for recycling
- a kerbside food caddy and a smaller kitchen food caddy
- a green waste bag or green bin for garden waste collection
You can only order the same type of bins or bags you usually have at your property. For example, if you usually have a blue bin and blue bag, you cannot order green bags and black boxes.
We will not reimburse for lost or damaged bags and boxes if they are a non-council issue.
You can also take your recycling to our recycling points across the borough.
