Draft Local Plan Consultation Documents
A Regulation 18 public consultation on the Draft Dudley Local Plan was carried out in November - December 2023. The consultation period closed on 22 December 2023. Any comments submitted after this date have not been registered. The responses to the consultation have informed the preparation of the Publication Version of the Local Plan.
Evidence base
A number of pieces of technical evidence were collected to help produce the local plan. This includes evidence that was gathered to support the previous Black Country Plan.
