Christmas services & opening times
The walk-in centre at Castle Street, telephone and online services will be closed 24 to 28 December and 3 January.
There will no alterations to waste or recycling collections over Christmas or New Year so please continue to place your bags and bin outside on your usual collection days.

The household waste recycling centre will be closed on 25 and 26 December and 1 January.
Registrars service will be closed from 23 to 28 December and 1 January. Open 29, 30, 31 December for registrations. Normal hours resume on 4 January.
The parks will remain open throughout the winter holidays. The park activity centres (including public toilets) at Huntingtree Park, Mary Stevens Park, Netherton Park and Silver Jubilee will close on 18 December and re-open on 4 January.
The Himley Coffee Hatch will close on 22 December at 3pm and re-open on 4 January from 9.30am until 3pm.

Dudley, Halesowen and Crystal leisure centres will be closed on 24 to 26 December and 1 January. The centres will close at 5pm on 31 December.

Offices will be closed 24 to 28 December and 3 January. To contact children’s or adult care services in an emergency or when offices are closed call the emergency duty team on 0300 555 8574.
Most housing services will close 23 December at 4.30pm until 29 December and 31 December at 4.30pm to 3 January.
The homeless prevention and response team will operate from Dudley Council Plus during these opening hours, and may be contacted for emergencies only outside these times on 0300 555 2345.
The Repairs Management Centre
Emergency repairs are anything that is a threat to your property or health. Day to day standard repairs will need to be reported when our Repairs Centre is operating as a normal working day.
24 to 28 December and 1 to 3 January there will be an emergency repair service only. Out of hours emergency calls will be dealt with as usual.

The Pleased to Meet You service will be closed on 24 to 28 December and 4 January.
The service will be running as usual on 29 to 31 December from 9am until 4pm.

Gornal and Stourbridge cemeteries and grounds are open across the Christmas period 9am to 4.30pm with the book of remembrance and flower rooms open 9am to 4pm.
The crematoriums and offices will be closed on 24, 27, 28 December and 3 January.

The Red House Glass Cone will close on 23 December at 3pm and reopen on 4 January at 10am.
Offices will close 23 December at 4.30pm and re-open 29 December at 9am. Services including residential care sheltered housing and homecare telecare will continue to operate during the holiday period.
