Household Support Fund

Due to predicted high demand, applications for the Household Support Fund have now closed. Further support can be found on our Cost of Living and Household Support pages

Companies who have not previously registered with the website will automatically be sent an electronically generated user ID when registration has been completed. An e-mail will be sent to you advising of your user ID along with a reminder of the e-mail address and password. Upon receipt of this information, you will be able to login to the secure area of the web site and access the Tender documents.

If your company has previously registered with the Dudley MBC In-Tend system you should already have received your log-in details. If for any reason these are no longer available to you, please use the ‘Forgotten your details?’ button located on the log-in page. An e-mail will be generated containing your log-in details. If the registered contact has left your Company please contact the System Administrator on 01384 815348.

To ensure you receive any Correspondence issued via the portal, please ensure all company information supplied at the time of registration is kept current and sufficient members of staff are registered to cover periods of absence. Please note ‘Out of Office’ and ‘undeliverable’ mail receipts will not be acted on.
