The Army Families Federation (AFF)

The Army Families Federation (AFF) is the independent voice of Army personnel and their families, dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for the Army family worldwide. By advocating for the needs and concerns of Army families, the AFF strives to ensure that military families receive the support and resources they require to thrive, regardless of their location.

The Naval Families Federation (NFF)

Providing advice and support to empower Royal Navy (RN) and Royal Marines (RM) families, the Naval Families Federation (NFF) offers a confidential service tailored to address the diverse needs of the Naval Service community.

The Royal Navy Community

All personnel and their loved ones have one thing in common; they are part of the Naval Service community. This community is central to everything the Royal Navy stands for, embodying a strong sense of camaraderie, resilience, and shared values that define the ethos of the service.

Royal Air Force Families Federation

The RAF Families Federation is committed to enhancing the quality of life for Service personnel and their families, both domestically and internationally. They do this by providing reliable information and support to address issues that arise from Service life, in order to make long-term positive change happen.

SSAFA - The Armed Forces Charity

SSAFA, The Armed Forces Charity, is a longstanding organization dedicated to providing lifelong support to serving personnel, veterans, and their families. SSAFA offers a range of services including emotional support, practical assistance, and financial guidance to those connected to the Armed Forces community. Their network of volunteers and staff work tirelessly to ensure that individuals receive the help they need, whether it's in times of crisis, transition, or everyday challenges.

The Royal British Legion

The Royal British Legion is a British charity providing lifelong support for the Armed Forces community - serving men and women, veterans, and their families. The Legion offers a wide range of services including welfare support, financial assistance, career guidance, and remembrance activities. They play a crucial role in advocating for the rights and well-being of those who have served in the British Armed Forces, ensuring they receive the care and support they deserve.

Veterans UK

Veterans UK is an organization that provides support and services to veterans of the UK Armed Forces, as well as their families and dependents. It is part of the Ministry of Defence and offers assistance with a range of issues including pensions, compensation, welfare support, and healthcare.

DWP Armed Forces Champions

Under the Armed Forces Covenant, the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) offers initiatives to assist both current and former armed forces personnel, along with their families, in accessing Jobcentre Plus services. This includes the appointment of an armed forces champion in every Jobcentre who is tasked with ensuring the DWP delivers tailored support.
