Veteran Pathways aims to provide veterans with routes to access a range of support services. By offering a comprehensive network of resources, Veteran Pathways strive to ensure that veterans receive the assistance they need.

Op Fortitude - Housing

Op Fortitude is funded by The Armed Forces Covenant Fund to deliver a centralised referral pathway into veteran supported housing. The remit of the team will be to work with individual veterans at risk of or experiencing homelessness, supporting them either into suitable accommodation, or supporting them to maintain their current home.

Op Courage - Mental Health

Op Courage is an NHS mental health specialist service designed to help serving personnel due to leave the military, reservists, armed forces veterans and their families.

Op Restore - Physical health

Op Restore: The Veterans Physical Health and Wellbeing Service is an NHS service providing specialist care and treatment to veterans who have physical health problems as a result of their time in the armed forces.

Op Community - Community support

Op Community is a telephone line for the armed forces community (including veterans, reservists, serving personnel, families and the wider armed forces community) to offer support and guidance around navigating NHS services and advice regarding other services that can support with issues.

The line is open Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm, excluding public holidays.

Op Prosper - Employment

Op Prosper is an Office for Veterans’ Affairs programme which empowers veterans and their families the length and breadth of the United Kingdom, enabling them to thrive in society by ensuring equal access to employment opportunities and supporting them into sustainable, valuable careers.

Op Nova - Justice system

Op Nova, delivered by the Forces Employment Charity and commissioned by NHS England, provides support for veterans who are in contact with the justice system, enabling them to access the services they need

Op Sterling - LGBT+

Op Sterling: Working in partnership with Fighting With Pride, Age UK's Advice Line is delivering the Operation Sterling programme, working to help older LGBT+ veterans, service personnel and their families in a range of areas.
