Dudley Council is responsible for on-street parking enforcement and aims to tackle the congestion caused by illegal and inconsiderate parking which causes problems in our towns, whether you’re driving, cycling, or on foot.

Parking permits can be purchased for parking on Dudley Council run car parks on a 12 or 3 month basis. They can be purchase to either park on Scale 3 car parks only, or to park on both Scale 2 and Scale 3 car parks. Please use our online Season ticket application form to renew your parking permit.

If you obtain a Penalty Charge Notice issued to your vehicle you must either pay it, or appeal against it. You can pay your fine online any time via our automated telephone system, or in a number of other ways.

Parking Fine Appeals must be made in writing, no later than 28 days after the date of issue. You can appeal against your parking fine online.

  • Parking concessions for people with severe mobility difficulties travelling as drivers or passengers are provided through the Blue Badge Scheme.

    Disabled Parking concessions include:

    • Free parking in the Council's car parks

    • Designated parking bays outside the homes of disabled residents (the provision of this facility is currently under review)

    • Free parking on "Pay and Display" bays
