Parking permits can be purchased for parking on Dudley Council car parks on a 3 or 12 month basis.
Costs and renewals
There is a fee to be paid when the application is made. These fees can change yearly. You can see the current fees below.
Please note: We do not operate a direct debit scheme for car parking permits. This is because permits are difficult to retrieve if a direct debit is cancelled.
Season Tickets for Tier 2 and Tier 3 Car Parks:
- 3 Month season ticket: £222
- 12 Month season ticket: £720

Where can season ticket holders park?
Parking permits can be purchased to park on Long Stay car parks only.
Some of the car parks have partial restrictions as to where parking permit holders may park. Please check signs when parking to see where parking permits can be used.
Points to remember
- The parking permit allows you to park on the long stay area of the listed car parks only. It is not valid for the Short Stay areas.
- Renewal Reminders will only be sent to holders of a 12 month parking permits.
- Please ensure you follow all parking regulations as indicated on tariff boards.
- Parking permits do not guarantee a parking place being available.
