The following terms and conditions govern the e-billing prize draws taking place in December 2025, January 2026 and February 2026.
- The promotor of these prize draws is Dudley Borough Council, Council House, Priory Road, Dudley, DY1 1HF (“Dudley Council”).
- The monthly prize draws are open to all residents of Dudley, aged 18 years or over, who are liable to pay Council Tax to Dudley Council and are registered for e-billing via the Councils MyDudley, e-billing system.
- In entering the monthly prize draws, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prizes you may win. Dudley Council may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the monthly prize draws.
- The monthly prize draws, which will run from December 2025 to February 2026 are free to enter and no purchase is necessary. Upon registration for e-billing, you will be automatically entered into the monthly prize draws.
- Only one entry per household is permitted. Residents with multiple households will be entered once into the monthly prize draws.
- The monthly prize draw date will be on the 17th December 2025, 30th January 2026 and the 27th February 2026. All entries received after the date of the monthly draw will be included in the following monthly prize draws.
- Dudley Council accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.
- For each prize draw, three winners will be chosen by random draw supervised by an independent person on dates shown above. The winners will receive:
- First drawn name- £500 cash
- Second drawn name- £250 cash
- Third drawn name- £100 cash
- The winners will be notified by email (using details provided at entry) immediately after the prize draw. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond to Dudley Council within 28 days of notification, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited. In the case of the first drawn winner, Dudley Council will be entitled to award the first prize (£500 cash) to the second drawn name instead of the second prize (£250 cash), and random draw another winner for the second prize (£250 cash) in accordance with the process described above. If the second drawn winner cannot be contacted or does not respond, this process will continue until three winners respond and accept their prizes.
- The prizes will be made available by Dudley Council for each winner to receive within 28 days of being notified of their win. In the case of the December draw we will pay the winners prior to Christmas.
- The prize for each winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no alternative is offered.
- The decision of Dudley Council regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and no correspondence will be entered into regarding it.
- Dudley Council will make available information on its website that indicates that a monthly prize draw took place along with the surname and value for the prize winners.
- Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. Dudley Council reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
- Dudley Council reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
- Insofar as is permitted by law, Dudley Council will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate any winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring because of taking up the prize.
- This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with any third party organisation.
- Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will only be processed as set out in Dudley Council’s privacy policy.
