You can ask us to consider a payment arrangement if you:
- are struggling to keep up with your current instalment plan as detailed on your current Council Tax bill
- have received a reminder, a second reminder or a final notice and it has not progressed to a court summons being issued

The form does not show you how much each instalment will be. You will receive a new Council Tax bill through the post detailing the amount to pay and the date each payment is due.
