Housing Assurance Board (HAB)
The Housing Assurance Board (HAB) independently oversees Dudley Council's housing services, ensuring homes are safe, services meet residents' needs, and tenants receive quality support and opportunities to have their voices heard
Customer Assurance Board (CAB)
CAB makes sure Dudley Council's Housing and Assets Group follows through on its plans for delivering the Housing Engagement Strategy and its action plan
Customer Scrutiny Involvement Group (CSI)
CSI Group makes recommendations for service improvement

Help us to make sure our information is clear, easy to understand, interesting, and useful for everyone

Share your views in ways that work for you, such as through surveys, consultations, and feedback opportunities, whenever it suits you
Block Champions
Block Champions complete a monthly checklist to help make sure services in high-rise blocks are being delivered properly
Tenants and Residents Associations (TRAs) and Community Groups
TRAs and local Community Groups work closely with us for the interests of tenants and residents in their area
