The Communications Group helps make sure our information is clear, easy to understand, interesting, and useful for everyone.
It has two parts:
- Co-Production Group
- Review Group
Co-Production Group
The Co-Production Group works together to help improve information sent to tenants.
Members help create and review things such as:
- Newsletters
- Annual reports
- Letters
- Policies
- Strategies
- Other information for tenants
The group meets every 6 weeks. You can choose to join the meeting in person or online. At the meetings, you can share your ideas and discuss documents with other tenants and residents.
Time commitment:
Optional 90-minute meeting every 6 weeks
Review Group
The Review Group is the final step in checking tenant communications before they are shared.
Members receive documents by email, along with a short survey. Your feedback helps us make sure our communications:
- Use clear and simple language
- Avoid jargon and technical words
- Are easy for everyone to understand
You can give feedback on:
- Letters
- Policies and strategies
- Information leaflets
- Public information documents
There are no meetings to attend. Everything is done by email, so you can take part whenever it suits you.
Time commitment:
Around 5–20 minutes to read a document and complete a survey form.
