The Customer Assurance Board is a new group set up to hold DMBC Housing Services to account for delivering the Customer Involvement and Engagement Strategy and associated action plan.
The focus is to provide assurance for customers that their views are listened to, and that there is effective customer involvement, influence and impact around compliance with the government's consumer standards.
This involves key priorities such as:
- Reviewing and monitoring performance in relation to customer experience
- Ensuring that the customer perspective is included as part of the decision-making process
- Provide customer contributions into areas such as value for money, regulatory compliance, complaints and service improvements
Members of the Board are representatives from various involved groups across the borough, including:
- Dudley Voice
- Reader Panel
- Communications Group
- Community/Block Champions
- Customer Scrutiny Involvement Group
- Dudley Federation of Tenants and Residents Associations
