The workshops are set up to give you the tools and information to make more informed choices on your tenancy.
- Preparation is key: Moving involves many tasks, from packing to paperwork and everything in between. Our workshops help you organise, so you're on top of things before the big day
- Navigating the legal maze: Understanding rental agreements, tenancy laws, and your rights as a tenant is crucial. Our workshops explain the legal aspects, so you can make informed decisions
- Budgeting wisdom: Finances are important in any move. Learning how to manage expenses can reduce stress and prevent unexpected hurdles
We know that when people face hard times or difficulties that affect their tenancies, they can be too afraid to talk to us. Our workshops encourage you to talk to us and let you know all about the support there is for you.
Maybe, you've had a tenancy that hasn't gone so well in the past. Maybe, this is your first tenancy. It can be very daunting to work out what your costs might be, where to get your furniture, and the potential consequences of not paying the bills.
Our workshops are a space where people come together to share experiences, offer advice and support. You can voice concerns and ask for help from experts. The friendship and shared wisdom can boost your confidence and dispel doubts.
