Having the following information handy will help us to process your booking more quickly:
- Preferred date for your visit (it may be helpful to have a few options available)

- Number and ages of students
- Number of accompanying adults (please let us know if this includes 1:1 carers)
- Preferred arrival and departure time
- Details of any special or additional needs, and how we can support your visit.

£275 per day for up to 32 pupils.
This includes
- Guided tour
- Glass fusing
- Afternoon activities
- Accompanying adults are free
Small groups (up to 15 participants) - £6.60 per participant. There is a minimum charge of £70.

Online: We now have the facility to accept online payment - we will send you the link.
If you require an official invoice there will be a £10 administration fee.
We are able to provide a till receipt free of charge.
Once your booking has been confirmed we will email you with the cost, payment details, schedule of your day and additional information to help your visit run smoothly.
Safety
We have included Risk assessments at the bottom of this page. It is intended to support your own school risk assessment as required by your school's Off-Site Policy.
Planning visits
Entrance to the Museum is free. If you wish to meet a member of the education team during the week to discuss in more detail any aspect of your visit please contact us in advance.

Parking
Coaches may set down and pick up directly outside the Cone entrance.
Gift Shop
There is a gift shop selling a variety of goods; our marbles are particularly popular with pupils! If you intend to allow pupils to purchase items, please bring them into the shop in small groups during your afternoon activities.
Coffee Shop
There is a small, independent coffee shop for that well deserved latte.
