The Dudley Borough Business Survey was undertaken in August 2010 to help understand the needs, issues and challenges facing local businesses.
Dudley Council commissioned the independent research organisation, Ipsos MORI, to undertake the survey. A total of 500 telephone interviews were completed with a sample of representative businesses from across Dudley Borough. In addition, 78 business representatives completed the survey online.
The survey covered a range of questions on the business environment, business performance and growth and sustainability.
The findings of the survey will be used to inform the Dudley Borough Local Economic Assessment.
