Planning and preparing for emergencies can save lives. It can also help prevent an incident escalating, protect against litigation and enhance the school’s standing as a safe place to learn and work
Creating and maintaining a School Emergency Plan and training those staff undertaking roles within the plan helps establishments to identify potential risk areas and develop procedures to manage these effectively.

The Emergency Planning Team provide advice and training for all Dudley borough schools and academies in coping with an emergency, to include:
