Council tax e-billing prize draw (December 2025, January 2026 and February 2026)

To encourage more people to make the switch to e-billing, those signing up along with those already registered, will be entered into a monthly prize draw (December 2025, January 2026 and February 2026) offering a £500 first prize, £250 second prize and £100 third prize each month.

The prize draws will take place on 17th December, 30th January and 27th February.  We will pay the December winners before Xmas.

The last prize draw will be on the 27th February 2026.

Council tax e-billing is another way to receive your council tax bill. Instead of receiving paper bills you will be able to view your council tax bills online via MyDudley.

This change is essential to help us: 

• Reduce waste and work towards a greener environment and a “New Dudley”
• Avoid unnecessary spend on paper, printing and postage
• Make savings that can be reinvested into the services that matter most

A large portion of Dudley’s paper usage is council tax bills. This can be avoided if we all make a small change together. 

• Login to your MyDudley account and find the registration page on the MyAccount tab.
  • Don't have a MyDudley account? Sign-up is easy
    
    
• Enter your details as requested. You will need your 8 digit council tax account reference to hand, this can be found on your previous council tax bill.
  • Don't know your reference? Help is it at hand. Simply begin the sign-up process and we will do the rest.
