Dudley Council the historic capital of the Black Country
Dudley Skyline

We are responsible for on-street parking enforcement and we aim to tackle the congestion caused by illegal and inconsiderate parking which causes problems in our towns, whether you’re driving, cycling, or on foot.

Parking permits can be purchased for parking on Dudley Council run car parks on a 12 or 3-month basis. They can be purchased to either park on Scale 3 car parks only, or to park on both Scale 2 and Scale 3 car parks. Please use our online Season ticket application form to renew your parking permit.

If you obtain a Penalty Charge Notice issued to your vehicle you must either pay it or appeal against it. You can pay your fine online any time via our automated telephone system, or in a number of other ways.

Parking Fine Appeals must be made in writing, no later than 28 days after the date of issue.
