We are responsible for on-street parking enforcement and we aim to tackle the congestion caused by illegal and inconsiderate parking which causes problems in our towns, whether you’re driving, cycling or on foot.

Parking Permits
We operate a Season Ticket Scheme on our Long Stay car parks. Season Tickets can be purchased to park on both Scale 2 and Scale 3 council run car parks on a 12 or 3 month basis.

Parking fees and charges
A number of our managed car parks are free to park in, others are pay and display.
Report a fault on a car park
You can report a fault with Dudley owned off street car parks, such as a faulty ticket machine, a problem with a barrier, litter or vandalism.
Parking fines and appeals
If you obtain a Penalty Charge Notice (PCN) issued to your vehicle you must either pay it, or appeal against it.
The quickest and easiest way to pay is via our online payment system, but there are a number of ways to pay.
Parking for people with diabilities
Parking concessions for people with severe mobility difficulties travelling as drivers or passengers are provided through the Blue Badge Scheme.
Disabled Parking concessions include:
- Free parking in the Council's car parks
- Designated parking bays outside the homes of disabled residents
- Free parking on "Pay and Display" bays
Park Mark - safer parking scheme
Park Mark Safer Parking is a Government backed nationwide scheme which is police assessed. By joining the scheme Parking Management has shown a commitment to our customers to reduce both the fear of crime and criminal activity in parking facilities.
Parking dispensations
Parking dispensations are permits that are issued to allow vehicles to park within enforced areas.
Parking on footways/ pavements
We have a responsibility to keep the roads and footpaths safe to use.
Private Car Parks
We do not have control over the operation of private car parks. It is the responsibility of the operator to ensure they comply with requirement such as Health and Safety, as well as for setting their own prices.
