The Council is able to offer advice on drainage and sewerage issues as part of its Public Health Duty. In the event that private drainage matters are not resolved, the Council will remedy the problem through use of its enforcement powers.

Potholes on the road can be a danger to road users. Potholes on the pavement can lead to accident and injury for pedestrians. Therefore it is important to repair potholes whenever they occur.
