If you said yes to any of the above, then why not apply to join our new Customer Scrutiny Involvement Group (CSI Group for short!)
You don’t need lots of experience, just a willingness to work as part of a team which looks into areas of service that needs further investigation.
What does the CSI Group do?
This group takes an independent and objective view of the services we provide and makes evidence-based recommendations for service improvement from a customer point of view. You will be working with officers and like-minded tenants, residents and leaseholders to drive improvement and change.
This is a voluntary role for which we provide training, support, travel expenses and any equipment needed.
