Housing Ombudsman Code

Landlords must carry out an annual self-assessment against the Housing Ombudsman Code

This is to ensure their complaint handling remains in line with its requirements.

They must share this information with:

  • The Housing Ombudsman.
  • Elected members.
  • Residents.
