A public inquiry is taking place from the 14th October 2025 in respect of an appeal by Churchill Living Ltd against the refusal of Dudley Metropolitan Borough Council of full planning application (P24/1100) for the demolition of the existing former youth centre and erection 49 no. retirement living apartments with associated communal facilities, vehicular access, car parking and landscaping. Provision of a new multi-use games area and children's play area to the southwest of the existing former youth centre.
