Health Visiting Service

The Health Visiting Team offer a universal service for all families with children aged 0-5 years old. The overall purpose is to achieve the best health and wellbeing for children from birth to 5 years of age, by identifying health needs and promoting healthy lifestyles. This includes delivery of health and development reviews, health promotion and parenting guidance tailored to individual risks and protective factors.Dudley Health Visitors Facebook Page

Dudley Health Visitors are qualified nurses who have expertise and experience in child development and family health.

Family Nurse Partnership

A team of specially trained nurses who work with first time moms and dads in Dudley. We only have a small team so we can't work with everyone and so we only offer it to Moms who are 19 or under.

Your community midwife, Health Visitor or the hospital can refer you for support from:

  • Midwife for Vulnerable Women
  • Perinatal Mental Health Service

Integrated Plus Social Prescribing

Integrated Plus identifies opportunities for people to become more involved and active in their community to help improve their wellbeing. Our team also help to ensure people are accessing services and activities appropriate to their needs.

Dudley’s Family Wellness Coaches

The Family Healthy Lifestyle Service is a free and personalised support service, to meet the needs of your family.
