Welcome to Dudley Council’s Access Guide. The Access Guide provides comprehensive information about access to Council buildings for people with disabilities, giving everyone the opportunity to make informed decisions about the buildings they visit.
The form and content of the Access Guide has been developed following direct involvement with people with disabilities, with particular assistance from Access in Dudley, a forum of local disabled people.
The Access Guide contains accessibility information about public buildings within the Dudley Borough. A Glossary of terms explains the standard phrases that have been used in this guide e.g. ‘steep ramp’ or ‘easy going’ staircase, etc.
