Dudley Council's Accessibility Guide

The Equality Act gives disabled people important rights of access to everyday services. The Council has made adjustments to premises and services to make them accessible for everyone. Our attractions such as museums, leisure centres and public buildings vary in their facilities and what they have to offer disabled people.

Please use our online Dudley Council’s Access Guide to plan your visit ahead.

Home and Housing

If you have an impairment or a health condition that makes living alone difficult, making some adaptations to your home or getting extra support may help you to live in your own home.

Dudley Social Care has a duty to assess the needs of physically disabled children and adults with the aim of promoting, encouraging and maintaining the independence of the individual.
