Dudley Museum at Dudley Archives is the main headquarters for the Black Country Global Geopark.

Displays include: geology, Dudley Castle finds, Dudley Local Heroes, local glass and art work from our collection including Dudley landscapes and 'In focus' display: Frank Short RA.

  • Situated on the A4037 between Dudley and Tipton, next to the Black Country Living Museum.

    If you are travelling using a SATNAV: DY1 4SQ

    Rail: The closest railway station is Tipton which is on the Birmingham to Wolverhampton line - approximately one mile from the Museum.

    Bus: There are a number of bus routes that stop outside the Black Country Living Museum and so are convenient for the Museum at the Archives.

    Number 229: Bilston to Dudley (via Coseley and Sedgley)
    Number 311: Walsall to Dudley
    Number 313: Walsall to Dudley
