When you contact us, you will speak to a professional who will listen to your concerns. They may take a few details and might need to contact you again, but your concern will be dealt with quickly and appropriately. You do not need to provide your name or give contact details if you do not wish to do so. Anonymous calls will not be ignored.

Early Help
Early Help provides support to children, young people and their families at times when they may be experiencing problems. Early help support can be provided at any point in a child or young person’s life.
Dudley Family Hub Network
Dudley's family hub network includes five local family hubs, along with online resources and community services which support children and families across the borough. The local family hubs are located at Brierley Hill, Coseley, Dudley, Lye and Stourbridge.
Specialist PIEW Health Visitors
They have a ‘Coach, Co-work, Consult’ role within Family Hub integrated teams, supporting practitioners to identify and support families who may need support with parent and Infant emotional wellbeing and their relationship. Delivering and supporting Video Interactive Guidance implementation across Dudley Family Hubs network.
0-5 CAMHS service
The CAMHS Black Country Under 5s Service offers specialist treatment to parents aimed at improving the wellbeing of children under five years old.
