How to Book Stourbridge Town Hall

How do I book a venue?

To book Stourbridge Town Hall please contact us as per the details below.

To help us advise you on the most suitable hall for your needs, please consider the following questions:

  • When do you want to hire the hall (date and starting and finishing times)
  • What is the type of function – a wedding reception, concert, conference etc.
  • How many people will be coming?
  • Do you want a bar service?
  • Is access required for people with disabilities?
  • Are you staging an entertainment, cabaret or function with admission charges?
  • Does your function need lighting and a public address system?

Provisional Bookings

If you wish to provisionally hold a date we will reserve your date for 7 working days only. If you do not confirm the date by 5pm of the seventh day the date will become available for other customers to book.

When you wish to confirm the function date contact the Office and we will post you the booking form and conditions of hire. You have 14 working days to complete and return the form by post. We will contact you by telephone to take a credit or debit payment for the deposit (50% of hall hire charge) for the function date to be confirmed.

If we do not receive the return of the booking form with your deposit by the date specified your function date will be made available for other customers to hire.

Can I see the venue before I book it?
