We are constantly striving to improve the way that we deliver our services to meet the needs of local people, and to ensure that we can measure and demonstrate our achievements. We are committed to managing our performance in line with the challenges outlined in the Council plan and it’s respective Ambition and Vision.
Regular monitoring of the priorities ensures effectiveness is continually under review and there is timely acknowledgement of success as well as emphasising actions where targets are failing.
Corporate Performance Management Reports are prepared quarterly for Cabinet and Corporate Board, with additional scrutiny provided by the Scrutiny Committees.
