We are constantly striving to improve the way that we deliver our services to meet the needs of local people, and to ensure that we can measure and demonstrate our achievements. We are committed to managing our performance in line with the challenges outlined in the Council plan.

Regular monitoring of the priorities ensures effectiveness is continually under review and there is timely acknowledgement of success as well as emphasising actions where targets are failing.

Corporate Performance Management Reports are prepared regularly for the Corporate Management Team, with additional scrutiny provided by the Cabinet Policy Group and Overview and Scrutiny Committee.

How to use the report.

  • Click the month you wish to view. This will update the dashboard view
  • To view a particular Performance Indicator in detail, click on the PI name/number then click the 'click here for indicator details' button at the bottom of the report page. Once in the PI detail, click on the month you wish to see commentary for
  • To return from the PI detail to the dashboard page, click the back arrow (top left corner of report page)
  • Click the Yearly Comparison button at the bottom of the front page to show at a glance the score and trend of all PIs across the year
