Bereavement Services – Privacy Notice

Bereavement Services are committed to protecting your personal data and ensuring that it is processed fairly and lawfully.

The Bereavement Services team may request information from you in relation to an application for a memorial at the crematorium or to report a problem with a particular service.

This notice explains what personal data (information) we hold about you, how we collect, how we use and may share information about you.

We are required to give you this information under data protection law.

What are your rights
