A wide variety of Childcare training courses are put on throughout the year in Dudley to help you build on your professional development and ensure you are delivering the best service for children and families. The training calendar is co-ordinated well in advance to enable you to plan essential training for your team or yourself.
You are supported in your training requirements by the childcare training officer who:

continues to develop training networks to support and extend existing skills of childcare workers, playworkers and childminders
enhances the awareness of relevant issues affecting all childcare workers
builds on existing strengths in providing opportunities to access training which meets the needs of new and existing childcare and playworkers
supports all registered providers with development opportunities to meet quality standards
offers guidance on the provision of the national qualifications framework
ensures that relevant training is available to enable practitioners to meet Ofsted Safeguarding and Welfare Requirements
We would welcome an invitation to meet with you at your settings or opportunities to discuss any element of training and development.
