Once you have both given 'notice' at your local register office(s) we will confirm your booking in writing. Your information pack outlines the choices and the options available to help you to personalise your ceremony and make your day extra special.

Ceremony choices and payments

Please read through the information and make your selections. The 'choices' form needs to be completed and returned to Priory Hall as soon as possible, and no later than three months before your ceremony, so that we can prepare your ceremony in advance.

Ceremonies need to be paid for in full no later than three months before the ceremony day. Late payments incur an additional charge.

You will need your unique ceremony reference which is printed at the top right-hand corner of our letters.

Please email and we will email you the reference number if you cannot find it.

Ceremony planning meeting

If you would like some help planning your ceremony and making your selections after you have made your booking with us, you can arrange to meet with one of our experienced ceremony coordinators who will be happy to help. Please do not book a planning meeting before you have given notice and received your choices form.

If you are having a tailor-made ceremony, this is included in the fee. Just email the ceremony team to book your meeting.

Planning your perfect ceremony

After your ceremony
