Couples holding a ceremony at Priory Hall or the Thomas Robinson Building can choose to book a photography package with us.
We are working in partnership with local photographers to provide value for money photography packages that can be booked directly at the Register Office. Taking away the hassle and stress, we will book you a professional photographer who knows our venues well. Our photographers know where the best photographic opportunities are at each of our venues so that they can capture the moments as they happen, from the arrival of the couple and their guests, to the first kiss and pictures in the grounds.
Your 'first picture' will be printed and posted to you after the ceremony.

Both of our venues have beautiful grounds so you will have many photographic opportunities outside in the grounds.

This is only available for couples who book our inclusive ceremony package that includes a ceremony at Priory Hall or Thomas Robinson Building followed by their reception at Himley Hall

The photographer will photograph the arrival of the couple and their guests, the entrance of the bride, signing the register pose, exit of the couple and take pictures in the grounds of the couple and their guests
The photographer will travel to Himley Hall and take further photographs in the grounds and on the terrace. If the weather is bad, there are beautiful indoor spaces at Himley Hall that offer fabulous photograph opportunities.
Minimum of 75 images edited and saved onto a souvenir USB
Plus an additional set of digitally enhanced and professionally retouched monochrome images
Please note that the photographer will leave around 6.30pm before your evening party begins

The fee must be paid in full at the time of booking.
Dudley Registration Service will book your photography package for you, subject to availability. In the unlikely event that no photographer is available for the day and time requested we will notify you within 5 working days and refund the fee in full that you have paid.
Our photography packages are only available for couples marrying at Priory Hall or Thomas Robinson Building.
The photographer will produce a minimum of 40 edited images taken at the venue to include:
Arrival of the groom(s) (and groomsmen) and or
Arrival of the bride(s)(and bridal party)
Entrance of the bride/groom/couple
The first kiss (if you wish)
A posed picture in the ceremony room
Exit of the couple
Pictures in the grounds, including groups. For Priory Hall this may include the Priory Ruins, Rose Garden and area surrounding the Hall; for Thomas Robinson this will include the steps at the rear of the building, by the front of the building and in the grounds subject to the weather.
Images will be presented on a USB device which will be sent directly to the couple by the photographer within 7 working days of the ceremony, printing rights of the images being awarded to the couple.
All photographs to be taken in colour
Cancellations received more than 3 months before the ceremony date will receive 50% refund, for cancellations received after this time, no refund will be given.
An admin fee is payable to change details within your booking once it has been processed.
We reserve the right to change photographers at our discretion.
The details on this booking form will be shared with the photographer.
The photographer will be in attendance at the venue for 1.5 hours; from 30 minutes before the ceremony is set to begin, the duration of the ceremony and approximately 30 minutes after the ceremony ends.
Inclusive photography packages include further attendance at Himley Hall, where our photographer will take photographs on the terrace, in the grounds and indoors if the weather is unkind.
For inclusive packages, our photographer will leave Himley Hall around 6.30pm before the evening reception commences
